Trapped inside my mind
Thoughts trying to uncover and find
Clarity mixed in a wave of emotions
Heartbeat syncing to various notions
I am I mentally lost
How much of my peace will it cost?
Can I find my spark again?
This journey is sadly insane.

Loneliness hugged me when no one was around.
And when everyone is there, a smile spreads on my lips like an ode to my loneliness.

In the stillness of the night, my eyes searched for hope. Hope to find my spark again and to live a life and to gain love.

'Ding dong', the bell rang
'Ping pong', the clock chimed
'Ting tong', the vessels rhymed
'Sing song', my heart sang as the food is transferred from the plate to my tummy.

I look out for some one to share how I feel.
If there is no one to share with, I look at my own reflection and tell it "This is what you need to understand. Only you can be there for yourself. You've got this! Let's cross this hurdle slowly. We can be safe again."

Or no.
