my people make me remember my weaknesses which I can't solve for life.

माँ की चुनरी को साड़ी बना के खेलने से,
उसकी बड़ी सी बिंदी जो कभी लगती थी अजीब सी,
आज लगाती हूँ मै अपने , और सँवारती, सोचती हूं कि,
जाने कब ये वक़्त पानी से बह गया औऱ,
छोड़ कर उसका वो पल्लू, शुरू कर ली मेने अपनी अलग जिंदगी।
सोचा न था कि ऐसे आशियाना भी होगा,
जिसमे उसकी वो प्यारी सी डांट के बिना भी जीना होगा सीखना।

बस इतना समज लो।
कभी खामोशियो को भी बनना पड़ता है जुबां,
जब लब्ज़ बन जाते है बेकार, बन के हालातों का शिकार।

अंगड़ाइयां लेती हूँ,
कभी खुद को संवारती हु,
न जाने आयने के सामने ,
खो जाती हूँ कभी खुद में।
हंसती हु कभी छोटी बातों पर इतना,
की आँखों मे आँसू भी भर लाती हूँ।
चिड़िया के जैसे चहकना भी चाहूँ,
तो कभी तन्हाई में चिल्लाना भी चाहूँ।
बस कभी खुद से ही कर लूँ में गुफ्तगू,
लम्हे निकाल कुछ बस छूना चाहूँ में आसमान.....
