Just like how your pull leads to high and low tides
In the same way when i look at you
My whole body starts to glide
Even when you are half of your actual self
Your rays upon me turn my full actual self into an elf
You watch thousands of hopeless romantics like me
Us wishing that some day they are able to see
The sparkle of your rays reflecting in our eyes
And the calming breeze and our tranquil sighs.

For me forever is a myth
But I hope 'i am there when you need me'
And 'you are there when I need you'
Isn't just a mirage when I feel deserted

Street light, city lights all are 'Artificial Stars'
Lighting up for us the dark lonely roads and nights
The switched on lights of houses at night
For some it means waiting for their loved ones
For some it means Hope in night full of darkness
Some are trying to overcome their fear
Some are trying to overcome their loneliness
All these artificial stars are source for someone to hold on to one thing or another.-
For nine months she carried me in her womb
For lifetime she nurtures me so that I can bloom
For her i am always first
For she is the one who faces my worst
For me her love never grows old
For me she suffers things untold
For us she is our Home
For her we are someone who she can call as her own
For me she always tries to make something yummy
For i call her 'my mummy'

Look at the sun through my eyes
Its beam compels you to arise
Even though i'm just a dew that will vaporize,
But every morning I still want to collect it's sparkle in my eyes-
Whenever you see a flower
Always remember its perseverance against the wind that tries to stop it from blooming-
In a parallel world
Where no worries, saddeness exists
Only us and happiness living together
'Living' life to the fullest and not just to coexist.-
