People may be worse or farther than they appear.
Because it's real life of us, not a picture of a rear view mirror.
A family might seem to be happy outside.
But may be holding grudges against eachother on the inside.

Maybe the newlywed bride is actually sad.
She is holding her emotions and tears really tight.
New-born relations maybe a hard nut to crack
Although she looks beautiful, glistening like a pure white light.

The son may be trying to look cool and macho within the friendcircle
But the father is never impressed, his expression is affection reversal.
Communication between them is nothing more than verbal
Every emotion lies on the surface,
And all the endearment is external, never internal.

The intimacy of the couple is faded
And in the test of time, affinity is lost.
Even though people say, they always look perfect
And their fondness for eachother will never exhaust.

Each life starts on the note of selflessness
But ends with loads of peer pressure.
Because the society adds you to fake world
And you enter vicious circle of materialistic pleasure.

When the Roles are reversed

A baby boy was born & parents had already decided
He will be the most decent, sweet, caring boy ever.
Will learn to manage the household well & help his partner.
Obeys all the rules of society and forget them never.

He grows up to be the submissive gender.
He cannot be aggressive or impulsive but will have to learn how to surrender.
Have a tender heart for the counterpart.
As she will be the incharge of his future so do not offend her.

Respect your lady till the last breathe of your life.
Because she is the stronger one,dealing with many things at a time.
Undergoing menstruation along with deathly painful cramps every month.
Still knows her duty to give you the happiness of child.
Going through post pregnancy issues for the rest of her life.

Bear with her untimely, nonsensical, extremely demanding mood swings.
Because she is the bread winner of the family and actually holds the relation string.
Manage the household well and don't give unnecessary troubles is all what she asks for.
Love her for how and who she is
Accept the world the way it is.
Because whether you like it or not, this is what you were born for.

An overly emotional Girl

She was born with a heart full of love that was virtuous and unadulterated.
Expecting the world to be equally spotless, unblemished and uncorrupted.
Little did she know that the world and people around her are nothing but an unreal mirage.
Life of people which they say and portray is just a well prepared mortage.

The development of an infant to child brought up the idea of seeking good amidst bad.
It often landed her into troubles, sucking away her positivity and she ended up being sad.
As she grew further, procastination had penetrated deep into her core.
Had lots of idea for devil and saint but conclusions to them were there no more.

Although faith in humanity was restored, she had locked up her emotions inside the vault.
People had started to prey on her confidence and made her question her views for life, even though nothing was actually her fault.
She was tied up completely by the societal norms and stereotypical beliefs like a tight rope.
Even though inside her, was an innocent spirit, craving for empathy and compassion with a lot of hope.

This Confused Generation

Contradictory ideas create havoc in our mind
From knowing something to doing something else
We have no clue to about the path and journey
But only wish to seek destination is on our mind.

Desire to be independent enters our life in teenage.
But all we want is to have security as lineage.
Don't know whether it's still about partnership in real life
Or the role reversal in our society has actually reversed burdens on husband and wife.

The boys expecting a working and loyal wife to share the loads of bills.
With no intention to help the young lady at home and work only to polish her skills.
Confirmation of financial security often leads to trust issues between partners.
Lack of communication only weakens the bonds, hence faulty relationship and misogyny only garners.

Analysis of our current ideologies is need of the hour.
Protect your bond with your lovable partner before sexism and anti feminism over power.

Never look for the intention
of a person or a traumatic situation,
but try looking for lessons hidden within the situation
and opportunities that will take you towards evolution
and turn you into a better version.
So don't react over any situation or for any person but just observe
and look for the opportunity for your growth.
Also, if you're unable to find your moment or reason of evolution,
it's probably not meant for you, so get away and proceed further in life.

What if the Bride steps out

My royal blue lehenga might trigger many guests
What if mother in law judges me for picking up not so girly colour.
I'm not wearing lot of jewellery because I don't like
What if my in laws think my family is not well of.

I prefer to stay silent& observe more
What if Nanad takes me as anti-social.
What if I'm unable to gel up with kids
Will I be called a boring and dull bride.

Oh God! I'm unaware of the recent commercial and political updates
Will my to be husband think I'm dumb& outdated.
What if my in laws asked my parents for huge dowry and they didn't tell me
What if my in laws don't want a happy daughter in law but just a rich trophy bride

And my to be husband doesn't care for me being uncomfortable or being judged at every single step.
What if I decide to end the entire wedding charade and decide to move out at this very step.

With cries emersed in tranquility

Alongside quality education
Help discover skill you may excel

Your birth was an oath
Of protection from egotistical world
Of guidance when wickedness around unfurled
