Dreams they say, Don’t let us sleep
Dreams make us climb the mountains high,
And help us dive the seas so deep
Dreams give us power to trust
And courage to do the impossible

When we believe we can make it happen.

इश्क़ मर्ज़ ऐसा की जिसने सबको लूटा…

हुस्न ने ढूंढी खूबसूरती इश्क़ में,
एहसास ने इश्क़ में गुफ़्तगू को ढूँडा

ढूँढने चला ज़ख़्म , मरहम को इश्क़ में,
अकेलेपन ने - साथ की चाहत को ढूंढा

मिल गया का सबको मुकम्मल- इश्क़ ने पूछा ,
सबको इश्क़ तो मिला ——पर अपने पैमाने से नहीं।

ख्वाहिश क्या ही रह जाती - अगर पूरी यूं हो जाती,
इश्क़ तरसने के लिया बना है —— निभाने को नहीं ।

यकायक आईना देख के भर आई आँखें,
के जब झुलसा हुआ चेहरा देखा अपना

तेरी तन्हाई की धूप में दिन-दिन,
सूखता बिखरता चेहरा देखा अपना

तिल-तिल सहेज के रखा था जिन आँखों ने यक़ीन,
उन आँखों के नीचे गड्ढा पड़ता देखा अपना

यकायक आईना देख के भर आई आखें,
जब राह तकते-तकते अब तेरे लायक़ ना रहा चेहरा अपना।

कुछ मंजिलें ठीक है बिना हासिल हुए ही

हर ख़्वाब का मुकम्मल हो जाना भी ठीक नहीं है


कुछ ख्वाहिशें अधूरी ही अच्छी लगती हैं,

जिनके किस्से ही महका दें महफिलों को

चाहत इतनी की हर शर्त मान लू,
गुमान इतना के एक क़सम ना तोड़ूँ कभी ,

पा लूँ उसे तो जीत लू जाग सारा
पर उसकी चाहत बने बिना जीना ना पड़े कभी ।

हर वक्त किसी को समझ पाना मुमकिन नहीं
हर वक्त समझने की ज़रूरत भी तो नही ,

जब बिना समझे भी लगे के ठीक ही होगा
समझ लेना इश्क़ की कोई हद ही नहीं ।

और मान जाता हूँ उसकी बेकार की बातों को भी
ज़्यादा कुछ मांगा नहीं करती है मुझसे वो,

पर माँग ले अगर आसमान भी - तो कदमों में रख दूँ
इश्क़ से बढ़कर मर्ज़ और मकसद भी तो नहीं ।

For years I had soaked myself
In fear and distress
What happens if if do t make it
Without money how will I rest

And fears of loss kept me involved
In toxic work at hell
Where everyday I sold my soul
And died a little as well

Courage it takes they told me
And run faster than you can think
Pull and push and exert and manage
And every thing shall be plump and pink

Bud sadly nothing changed there
Despite my maximum effort
They seemed not to care for anything
Not even when I was in distress

And one day I just broke
And sad I might not get up
I decided to quit and did it
And not be filled with regret

We all deserve humanity
To treat us with respect
And when the boundaries are broken
Please walk out with respect

In boardrooms bright, where ideas fly,
She speaks with strength, and dreams reach high.
A mind of power, a heart so wise,
But in her home, there's a quiet sigh.

Her title gleams, her accolades shine,
Yet in his gaze, no spark, no sign.
She gave him all—her truth, her trust,
But in his silence, her heart feels lost.

The world calls her gifted, sharp, refined,
Yet in the quiet, she’s left behind.
She longs for words, a touch, a glance—
To know that in his heart, she still has a chance.

He sees her strength, her endless stride,
But never sees the tears she hides.
Her mind, a fortress, built so tall,
But in his love, she feels so small.


And how she longs for more than praise,
To feel his love in tender ways.
For achievements can light the way,
But love, she knows, must gently stay.
