Fallen Leaf

Insignificant like the fallen leaf
A long time ago
It used to be soft and green
Now it's dry, not pleasing anymore
Ready to disappear with time
That's how I feel
Dull and dusty
They step on me
Without realising
I'm alive and hurting
I let the wind take me
Wherever it goes
Of late it hurts less,
I don't feel much
I am but I'm not here anymore
With time I will disappear
As the life goes on

Like the translucent smoke

है ख्वाहिशों के बोझ से
ये दिल मेरा थका हुआ
अनदेखी कुछ बन्दिशों से
खौफ़ है भरा हुआ
है चाह उड़ने की
इस खुले आसमां में मेरी
मगर खो जाने के डर से
