Our life keeps changing every minute. Oft-times changes, big or small intimidate us. But the fact is, the very essence of life is change!
We shouldn't fear change. We should cast off our attachment to the past. Any change has an ineffable beauty about it. With the arrival of the spring, the glory of the cherry blossom in full bloom makes our heart leap with joy. Soon the tightly closed buds open up to give way to beauty. And in no time, the blossoms are at their peak. But in less than a week the petals begin to wither off and fall, and soon the cherry trees are sprouting leaves. The brief scattering of petals is astonishingly graceful. It is a constant and ever-changing scene. The beauty of all of it is captivating.
The fragility of the cherry blossom is a captivating reminder of the transience yet beauty of life. The blossoms are lovely. They resemble the ephemerality of life. Hence, 'ephemeral' should be appreciated; Hence, 'Change' should be appreciated.
A subtle mind accepts change. It is not attached to the past. Rather than lamenting change, a peaceful mind finds new beauty in anticipating change.
That is the life we should aspire for!

I miss the time when hand written notes were so much more special than meaningless expensive gifts.
I miss the time when small gestures meant the world such as a surprise stick-on note by someone telling how much they love you than thoughtless gifts to make up for not being there for you!
I miss the time when Christmas every year meant cute gifts by Santa in the socks hung by li'l me only to grow up to realise this teeny tot's Secret Santa had always been her dad.
I miss the time when gifts didn't mean Shopper's Stop or Amazon vouchers, but a little thoughtful book or a cute li'l handmade greeting card.
I miss the time when the thought behind the gift counted so much more than the colors of Gandhiji papers spent on that gift.
I miss the time when life was simpler!-
Baby,
I want you to love yourself,
Like you have never loved anyone before.

When it hurts, give it some time. It will get better.
I promise it will.-
Yes, Yellow is me -
Daisies, freshness, happiness, positivity, clarity, energy, intellect, optimism, enlightenment, remember-me, and loyalty. All shades of me!
Yes Yellow is me. But Black is my essence as well!
You think Black is sadness, a mystery, gloom, an unknown abyss. But wait Black is a lot more. Black is seductive, power, authority, strength, resilience and evokes a sense of potential & the possibility to Start-up.
If the 'Yellow-me' is sunshine, warmth, happiness and hope for the souls I meet; The 'Black-me' is elegance, sophistication, simplicity and comfort for the patients I treat.
If Yellow is my dream, Black is the power to achieve my dream!
Black renders yellow it's depth and variations of its hue just like my mood. Put those two colours in a palette and Black would conceal Yellow yes cuz maybe Black is who I am from within.
If Yellow is the happiness I give to whosoever I come in contact with; Black is the rebel in me burning ceaselessly even on days I feel like giving up. But at the end of the day I know I am so much more than a Black or a Yellow.
I can be the most colourful rainbow when I want to or the slumbered night sky straight out of Van Gogh's..-
