Isn't it strange that always the extremes can be defined by the same thing..

Like how the vast sky and deep ocean stands with beauty and mystery to one's eye..
To another, they appear as a death trap for their vastness and mysteries.

Like how a pleasant breeze can make one's day..
The same breeze a bit stronger can take one's dearest away.


Like how love can be the reason for extreme happiness to one..
It also continues to be the reason for the most terribly broken and cold hearts walking the earth..

The chill breeze made the leaflets dance
Her dew drop earring danced along
Staring deep into the meadow of white little flowers
She sat there on the wooden bench all alone
Tears blurred her vision
Dripped down the eyes and caressed her cheeks
Fell on the open page of the book sitting on her lap
As the beautiful memories from another day flooded her mind..

The same wooden bench, the same pleasant view of meadow
But then when the chill breeze teased her hair
He was there right next to her
And she would stare deep into those loving eyes..holding on to the promise of eternity..
He with whom she felt the safest and complete
And now without whom she is the most lonliest and incomplete..

Dreams and hopes..
Such light and delicate words..
But when they crashed down like a sand castle in front of her...
She realised it's power..
It crushed her heart..shattered her inside out..changed her..

But through this turmoil
she decided to keep fighting the urge to give up these dreams..
Through compassion and consistent hardwork she realised the much greater power residing in her..
The power to make those sand castles into unbreakable concrete ones..

You do have a spark in you
Be careful with who you give the leverage to be your air
For you are giving them the ultimate power to
Build up the spark to a fiery fire
Or kill it altogether and leave you cold.

Sometimes who we thought would just be temporary
Stays longer and stronger than those who we thought would be our permanent people.

And that's the kind of people we need too...
With whom we can live the moment.

And that which is refusing to leave though there's millions of reasons...

One thing I realised not so long back...

Sometimes it's not about always expecting him to act perfect to you,
But it's about seeing the good he wishes for you and understanding what he can't express...

I believed that the purest of love is capable of seeping into the tiniest crack of this cold hard heart...

But here I stand..realising that's not true..
And I am scared now..because there are no more cracks or slits..the concrete is too strong to let anything in or out.

Am I even human..is the final question lingering..

That bittersweetness is what that defined you..
You thought it was killing you from within..
But the truth was it helped you get through the day..
It made you strong and made you who you are..

One day it will be gone and you will miss it..
But what it left behind was a perfect version of yourself !!

It takes you through ups and downs,
And finally puts you in the most unexpected place..

The wonder about it is,
everything feels new and fresh.
But the hurdle is..
you keep questioning yourself were you ever ready for this..
Did you ever want this...
Did you ever ask for this..

Then you start living it in the hopes that
one day your heart will accept this change..
