“True that—silence has a way of speaking truths the crowd drowns out. Sometimes, wisdom whispers loudest when we’re alone. Sometimes stepping back from the noise is how we gain the clearest insight. Solitude can be the space where wisdom grows.”

Love, Luck and Living on Purpose.

Instead of waiting for good luck, make good luck. Give lovingly to others and self. Set intentions for your life experiences. Write down criteria for how you would like these experiences to be generated.

“A Prayer for you.”

You are the whisper in my soul,
The gentle strength that makes me whole.
The prayers you’ve spoken, soft and true,
Have lit the path I’ve journeyed through.

Your hands have healed, your words have stayed,
Through every storm, you gently prayed.
You gave me roots, then let me fly,
Yet held me close with every sigh.

On this day, I give you praise,
For countless selfless, sacred days.
For sleepless nights, for tears you hid,
For every “yes” and “no” you did.

I don’t know where I’d be today
Without your love to guide my way.
You are my shelter, my calm, my song—
The one who made me brave and strong.

So here’s my prayer, both deep and true:
May peace and joy come back to you.
May health and laughter fill your years,
May you always know you’re loved so dear.

Happy Birthday, Mama.
You are my heart. My hero.
My forever blessing.

Love & Light,
Your Blessing Number 3!! xoxo

“Diabetes is a Silent Killer”

A whisper in the dark, a shadow on the soul,
A quiet thief that takes its toll.
It creeps, unseen, within the veins,
Where sugar rises, and life wanes.

Unnoticed, it lingers, a steady, unseen hand,
Slowly eroding, like shifting sand.
It doesn’t shout, it doesn’t scream,
But behind the silence, it kills the dream.

The body battles, but unaware,
Of the danger growing everywhere.
A life at risk, too often ignored,
Until it’s too late, and health is floored.

But in the silence, there’s a plea,
To take control, to simply see:
Diabetes, a foe we fight,
Can only thrive when left from sight.

So don’t ignore, don’t turn away,
Embrace the fight, each and every day.
For in the battle, strength we find,
To keep the silent killer confined.

No more needles, no more fear,
I took control—my path is clear.
Stronger now, from pain set free,
Reversed the odds, reclaimed me.

If the moon could talk, she’d softly speak,
Of love that lingers, tender, sleek.
Her silver glow would whisper low,
Of hearts entwined in night’s soft flow.

She’d speak of stars that bow and gleam,
As lovers trace the edges of a dream.
Her beams would kiss the earth below,
A secret touch, a tender glow.

She’d tell of shadows that entwine,
Of distance crossed by hearts that shine,
How lovers gaze, their hearts alight,
As her glow dances through the night.

The moon, in whispers, would confess,
Her love for all who feel her caress,
For in her silence, love would rise,
A boundless force beneath the skies.

And if the moon could speak at all,
She’d say, “Love is the moon’s sweet call.”

The Gift of being an Aunt

In the sparkle of their eyes,
I see A world of love, pure and free.
With every hug, and every kiss,
I find a moment filled with bliss.

Tiny hands that reach for mine,
A bond that feels so sweet, divine.
Their laughter, like a melody,
Fills my heart with harmony.

The joy they bring, it overflows,
In their embrace, my spirit grows.
Each giggle shared, each story told,
A treasure more than silver or gold.

To be their aunt, a gift so true,
In all their colors, bright and new.
With every hug, each soft caress,
I’m wrapped in love, in pure happiness.

Their tiny feet and boundless play,
Make my world a brighter day.
In every moment, joy abounds,
With nieces and nephews all around.

“A Journey of Dreams”

2025, a year of light,
A time to soar, to take my flight.
Abundance flows in every breeze,
Happiness blooms with effortless ease.

Bliss surrounds me, bright and pure,
Love in my heart, forever sure.
Joy fills each moment, sweet and free,
In perfect harmony, I choose to be.

Growth is the path that I now walk,
A journey of dreams, with each new talk.
Manifesting visions, bold and true,
All I’ve wished for will now come through.

Destinations call, the world is wide,
New horizons with arms open wide.
To wander, to explore, to live and roam,
Each place a step to make me whole.

I embrace all parts of me, the light and the flaws,
The imperfections, the beauty, with no pause.
Authentic and real, this is my creed,
To love myself fully, to live and to lead.

Here’s to the year I’ve prayed for, long and deep,
To dreams realised, to the promises I’ll keep.
A new era begins, where I shine,
In 2025, the world is mine.

“Whispers of Change”

In a world where shadows stretch too wide,
A dream emerges, undenied.
To heal the hearts and change the tide,
With kindness as a trusted guide.

Through whispers of struggle, pain, and doubt,
We rise from the ashes, breaking out.
In every life, there’s room to shout,
For hope and health to break the drought.

The road is long, the weight is deep,
But in your soul, a promise keeps.
To lift the fallen, and help them leap,
Towards better wellness, where true joy sleeps.

For every step you take with care,
You spread a light, a hope to share.
In each small gesture, you’re aware
That kindness can repair despair.

Together, hearts like yours can find,
A way to heal, to shift, to bind.
A world of pain, a world unkind,
Transformed by those who seek to mind.

So follow your dreams, and don’t look back,
For every act, big or small,
Ripples out in love’s attack,
Changing the world, one soul, one call.

Keep the vision, hold it tight,
Your work will burn like stars at night.
For in your hands, the future’s bright.
A world of health, where hearts take flight.

Your absence in life is like a silent breeze,
Whispering softly through the withered trees.
A hollow echo in the quiet night,
A fading star lost from my sight.

Your absence is like an untold song,
A melody missed, though it once belonged.
A canvas empty, without a trace,
A missing smile, a vacant space.

Your absence is like the dying sun,
A warmth once felt, now all but done.
Like rain that falls, yet never lands,
Like shifting seas slipping through my hands.

It’s a distance too vast, a void too wide,
A part of me I can’t hide.
But even in the stillness, I find a trace,
Of the love you left, time can’t erase.
