They attracted me,
Promised me a happy life,
Gave me expectations of better life,
I went closer.

I was stuck by the immense green,
I looked meticulously,
Hoped for fantastic future,
I saw through the leaves,
That my dreams come true.

But expectations never comes true.
I saw my worst version through it,
I saw the weakest me in all ways,
Standing hopeless and directionless,
Then I realised those leaves were plastic.
