Feeling sad
Trying to avoid tears
Making herself understand
It's been months

Inside her head
She still trying to figure out
What she could write
What she could say
To melt his ice cold heart
Inside her heart she is battling
From falling apart
She cover herself in a blanket
Just to feel a little warmth
And drifts off to sleep
Promising herself her dreams
And the thought still cling
"What if I had just one more moment with him"
