अब दूरीयां भाने लगी है उसे
के मन मेरा भी नहीं करता अब जताने का।

Everything sucks
my chest feels tight
Its like the lump aches in my throat makes me choke
continuous thoughts bangs my head
And tears can't find a door
My head hurts
And sometimes
just everything sucks!

The less i speak,
The heavier my head gets!

And suddenly i started speaking the language they failed to understand!

"It's Not good for my mental health " is not an excuse!

So many of my battles i am fighting alone with me, inside of me!

Its so assuring and wholesome for people with anxiety that some people recognizes their small acts and give them reassurance or simply acknowledge their feelings.... Like its just enough than people who think you're exaggerating .

Romeo take me
Some where i can be at ease
Where people don't judge and leave me as i want to be
Where they don't pretend
And, can say that they hate me
Can this only be fiction and
not in a reality!

आते हैं वो अपनी मसरूफ़ियत से वक़्त निकाल कर
क्या बताएं
वो साथ रहे तो नींद सुकून की आती है
और उनके जाने के बात सुनकर ही कसम से जान जाती है!
