A Poem for the Lost Words
To the words that died in the dry lips,
To the pains that came out as silent tears,
To the memories that try hard to erase,
To the emotions that felt too surreal to be real,
Hopefully one day they'll find their way to their end;
Hopefully one day they won't be silenced;
Hopefully one day, there will be someone to listen.-

The last touch of warmth left the street
With fallen leaves calling out to their lost lives, Bare dry branches are looking up at the old white sky. The cold melodious air
singing 'winter is coming', and I wait for
December to bring me a new year.-
learn from your mistakes,
it's necessary to move on, to not repeat the same thing, again.-
I laugh at those silly things
I was attached to before.
Commitments I thought
Will be lifelong promises,
Broke infront of my own eyes,
Making me question the believes
I thought were truer than me.
As I grow older,
Life seems to become a true companion,
And Time, a teacher.
Now, neither the broken strings don't get attached easily,
nor do they hold me down from being free.

My old mistakes are left in the past,
The one I must remember is what I learned,
It's okay to fall but it's not okay to stop altogether.
It might hurt now, but this too, will pass.-
An endless journey of ups and downs.
A friend and a teacher, teaching me
New things, with every steps of my journey. A journey through which I want to find a meaning and purpose.
A journey through which I want to leave
Footsteps behind my back.-
