Just as in life, one should not think of a person as good just by looking at their appearance, beauty and wealth, similarly one should not think of a person as bad just by looking at their outward anger, stubbornness, arrogance and bad behavior. Who can say that she an ordinary person like you or me, whose dreams and needs are very limited, also wants a little warmth of love and the hand of a beloved person who understands her, on whom she wants to spend her whole life. In fact, a beautiful light is needed to see life and see others, in which light there will be no calculation of wants and gains, there will be no selfishness, only memories and love will accumulate one after another.

দেখা হয়নি বহুদিন,

যদিও দেখা হয়নি বহুদিন... তোমার সাথে
তবুও রয়ে গেছো মনের গহীনে হুবহু আগের মতো
প্রতিটা ভোরেই তোমার চেহারাটা চোখে ভাসে।
তোমারো কী মনে পড়ে আমাকে, যেমন আমার মনে পড়ে?

যে বৃষ্টিতে তুমি ভিজেছিলে আমার সাথে একই অঙ্গে, একই নিঃশ্বাসে,
সেই বৃষ্টির রেখা আজও আঁকা আছে হাতে,
মজে আছে মন তোমায় আবারও ছুঁয়ে দেখার আশায়।

গলার কাছে কুন্ডলী পাকাচ্ছে, সাপের বিষের মতো যন্ত্রনা, থমকে যাচ্ছে শব্দ, চাপা পড়ছে আর্তনাদ। অগোছালো কিছু বাক্য মস্তিষ্কে উঠছে জেগে। কী যেন একটা ভীষণ আঘাতে তার অস্তিত্বের জানান দিচ্ছে। দিনে দিনে বাড়ছে রক্তচাপ, ফুলছে শিরা, ফাটছে ধমনী, ঘন ঘন নিশ্ছিদ্র অন্ধকার মিশছে প্রতি নিঃশ্বাসে। রক্তহীন হৃদপিন্ডের অবিরাম রক্তপাতে শরীর বড় ক্লান্ত। হারিয়ে যাওয়ার দারূণ ভয়, মৃত্যু অহরহ।

"দুর্যোগ"
দুর্যোগ আমার এই বাংলায়
মাটির ঘর, চাষের জমি
তলিয়ে গেছে তোমার ঝাপটায়
তোমার এই তাণ্ডবলীলা
আর থাকবে কতক্ষন
সুন্দর প্রকৃতি যে আজ
আমার বিনাশের দোরগোড়ায়
তুমি আছো যতক্ষণ
ছোট্ট বেলার বন্ধু আমার
গাছগুলি,
দিতো আমায় ছায়া,
ভেঙে গুঁড়িয়ে দিয়েছো তুমি তাদের,
একটুও কী হয়নি মায়া
ফিরে যাও তুমি
আর করোনা প্রয়োগ শক্তি,
প্রকৃতির ও মানুষের আজ
চাইছি আমি মুক্তি।।

চলো না..... হারিয়ে যাই আজ দুজনে কোথাও,
কোনো এক রূপকথার দেশে!
মেঘের ভেলায় চড়ে পাড়ি দেবো কোনো এক অজানা পথে.....
চাঁদ, তারা নয়, তুমি বরং কিছু মেঘ এনে দিও,
তারপর না হয়,
একপশলা বৃষ্টি ভেজা তোমার ওই দুষ্টু মিষ্টি চোখে মুগ্ধ হবো আমি,
তারপর ঠোঁটের মাদকতায় মিশবো দুজনে, ওই রূপকথার দেশে।

তুমি ঠিক বইয়ের পাতার মতো,
যেমন একটি অধ্যায় পাঠ করলে,
আরও বেশি করে জানার আগ্রহ বেড়ে যায়,
ঠিক তেমন-ই,
ঐ অধ্যায়ের মতো করে, তোমার-ই মনের গভীরে প্রবেশ করে, হৃদয় স্পর্শ করে তোমাকে আরও জানতে ইচ্ছে করে।
