उसको देख कर उसके दुखी होने का अंदाज़ा लगा लेती थी..

मगर उसमे जान भी है।
वो हिन्दू है,मुस्लमान है
मगर वो इंसान भी है।
जिसमें ये हैवान बसते हैं
उसी मोहल्ले में हमारा मकान भी है।
दिखाते नहीं बाहर से कुछ भी
मेरे अब्बा मगर परेशान भी हैं।
कसूर क्या था उस बच्ची का
ये सोच कर बदहवास मेरा ईमान भी है।
जाँच कराइये ज़रा इन वहशियों की
पता करिये क्या ये इंसान ही हैं !!?
