गुरू पूर्णिमा ।

All this people are guru who give you wings to fly.

दीपो हरतु मे पापं दीपज्योतिर्नमोऽस्तु ते॥
 
Let the light of this lamp eliminate our sins,my salutations to the this radiant and eternal light.

चरन्मार्गान्विजानाति ।

A wanderer (eventually) finds the path.​

रामादिवत् वर्तितव्यं न तु रावणादिवत् ।

One should behave like Lord Rama and not like Ravana.

अति सर्वत्र वर्जयेत |

Excess is Prohibited everywhere.

यदाहं जीवामि अहमासंशे |

While I Live, I hope .
