4. What if your country buys fields to grow foodgrains in each state of U. S. with Washington, the Capital contributing 50 % of the price of field and the state in which the field is located contributing balance 50 %.

5.Employ farmers to grow foodgrains.

6.Decide which foodgrains to grow in consultation with Agricultural Scientists.

7. Sell the foodgrains through subsidised rates shop.

8.Give each citizen a " Food Card" wherein record of foodgrains given is there. This food card will entitle each citizen minimum foodgrains for survival, the foodgrains will be distributed each month to citizens
