Quran 5:32 (Al-Ma'idah):
"Whoever kills a person or causes his death it is as if he had killed all mankind; and whoever saves a life, it is as if he had saved all mankind."
Belivers don't involve in inhuman activities,
Thus quran says, those who killed the people are non-belivers!!-
