Emotionally Constipated 🍷


The emotions are so blocked at the bottom with a lid on,
That a glass of wine is needed to open up...!

I wish life was easy, and there was someone gentle to share it with..
So that I didn't need to be emotionally constipated..

How cruel is the world that good people have to hide their trueself to thrive in this world...

I wish the world and people were more kind and considerate of others...!!

Keeps you motivated, grounded
And matches your values !!

To make the most of my life,

I focus on the positives of life,
So that I can utilize them to be me.
I work on my negatives,
To come out of chains and be free.

Growing and living is my motivation,
Mere existing isn't what I am seeking.
To live fully and be happy,
Is my only salvation.

I can make the most of my life by myself.
But, having somebody to grow with,
Someone who is looking to be better version next day.
Someone who wont be left out,
Coz I outgrew of them.
Is what I am focused to get thyself.

I am not too ambitious,
I am seeking to utilize what I have.
Why waste something, for which you get only one chance to live for.
I thrive by growing, being best version of myself everyday;
Being inspired by somebody and inspiring somebody, thats what I crave.

I think thats what I only want,
To make the most of my life !!

At the end of night,

the realisation hits;
That we are so much consumed in electronic devices,
And far gone is the difference between real and virtual world.
The thin line is so blurred;
That factual reality and our thoughts are merged.

There comes the point of epiphany;
That white board is needed for reminders/to do list rather than notes in phone,
Actual radio alarm clock is better for wake up call than phone alarm tone.

Certain aesthetic things are needed to make your space "Your Space",
rather than going marie kondo,
Actual book is heartwarming than kindle or letting audiobook tell you so-and-so.

Having meals together is much filling than fine dining,
Being able to meet family friends is better than just video calling.

Its all about quality over quantity,
Real over plastic,
Having the right balance than just going with the flow.
Leading the life meaningfully,
before the clock ticks!!

The way life changed,

From being Go getter to barely getting there!

Some people take the leap.
Reason isn't they don't want to live!
But sometimes there is nothing left to hope for,
All is the darkness,
The far you gaze, darker it becomes.
Nothing is left to hold on to,
It becomes easier to let go, rather than struggling to make sense.

Still, somewhere deep inside;
Wish is, somebody can stop at that moment,
And say Don't do it,
They are there !

If that moment fades away,
Either life will be saved or will be lost.
Everything is about fraction of moment.

Let's pray for the people,
Who had taken the leap or just took the leap.
Let's pray who just took the leap, will survive and thrive.
Let's pray life becomes more bright than the darkness!!

How wrong and disrespectful it is,
When some men and society judges you,
Because you are 30+ and yet single.
For their tiny brain its about fooling around,
Its about having no emotions,
Its about worth of to be taken advantage.

As per them person doesnt need respect,
They can't have emotions,
On top of it if the person is female,
If the person is bit not so bad in looks,
Even if the person has good soul.

But nothing matters !
Because they cant see the person beyond exterior,
Beyond rules made by society.
For them if you have open mind towards world and universes,
And You dont shy away experimenting about aesthetics;
But still that person cant have boundaries in thier personal life.
If a person is living on thier own terms, they should be ready to give body as well.
What happened to having old school moral and values,
yet be acceptable towards new world.

Why its so much difficult for people to have open acceptable mind,
Accepting every individual is different,
Why its so necessary to mold a person.

Everyone's truth is different,
So don't question your own truth for them.
Your truth is what makes you "you".

We are only odd,
If we are not in our soul tribe !

The farther I look, all I see is clarity.

All of us have their own demons;
Right person will mend the demons,
Whereas, Wrong person will release them.

So, Choose wisely;
Sometimes stepping back is better than charity.

Personal well-being is important than company.
