Covering her head doesn't mean she has covered her brain, she has birth right to follow the rudimentary tenets of her religion, or to wear whatever she want. If a women feels secure in her hijab, let her wear it, who are you to make her half-nude. There isn't any rationale in telling her to wear clothes of your choice. The university or college going girl is enough mature to decide her clothing, faith, or in particular her choices.
The courage to say Allah- hu- Akbar in front of goons isn't everyones cup of tea, and is infact the bravery of another level.
Not all girls have that amount of courage to fight like Rani of Jhansi, Rani of Kittur, Rani Abbakka, Sultana Razia etc. if for the sake of argument, there would've been some other girl at her place, extrapolations suggest she would've been to severe chronic depression & hence a family affected. If these events kept on repeating, time isn't far when whole community will be affected-

Kal ka kya pata, hum aisay hi bethay to, jannat ko kiss cheez say khareedon
Apnay amaal ki baat karloon, to koon koon sa jhoot likhoon
Koi sastay sawaab to batado, mai jannat ke bhi shokeen hoon-
