जवानी का हाथ थाम, जब घर से निकले,
झूले पे बैठा बचपन हस रहा था।
बड़ी अजीब थी वो मुस्कान,
मानो जानता था,

अब मुलाकात फिर नही।

वो बारिश में नाचना,
नंगे पैर रास्ते पर दौड़ना,
पेड़ों पर चढ़ना,
खिड़कियों में लटकाना ,

अब फिर नहीं।

वो आजादी,
वो बेफिक्री,
वो बेबाक-पन,
वो बचपन अब फिर नहीं।
