I wanted to listen to my Isak Danielson playlist
So I went to my music library, scrolled all the way up, and down
For some reason, I couldn’t find it, even though it was right there
Tell me why I suddenly started crying, thinking maybe I’d somehow deleted it or just something had happened to it
Anyway, I eventually saw it, and as always, this artist's voice and lyrics have me in a serene place
Grateful for good music, on days that I feel like an emotional wreck.

I’m learning to give myself the credit I deserve
I’m beginning to recognize just how strong I am for pulling myself through every difficult time in my life
I’m allowing this realization to walk with me, alongside any obstacles I might encounter along my journey
I know just how much I'm capable of
And that no matter how challenging a situation may seem, I am brave enough to keep moving, to keep growing, to keep healing
