'Letting go of past hurts is not easy.Love yourself enough to accept it. Accepting our feelings is part of the path to healing. No amount of wishing for something different or rejecting the situation will change anything. Whatever you are feeling right now, it is real & part of living. Nothing is really permanent. If you want to cry, just do it. We all do sometimes. But if you continue to cultivate pain or regret, then it will become your reality. Everyone who’s doing okay now has had moments when they thought they’d never be okay. Accept your past, move on & use your pain to help others. '
