প্ৰেমৰ অৰ্থ উপলব্ধি কৰোৱাই

সকলো কাঢ়ি জীৱন জীয়াৰ

এটি কাহানি তেওঁ,
শুনি ভাল নোপোৱা,
কিন্তু বাৰে বাৰে জীয়াব খোজা।

কাহিনীৰ ইতি বহন নকৰিবও পাৰে,

অসীমত পুনৰ জীয়াম এই কাহিনী,

some people are just genetically unhappy. they don't know how to deal with the small problems, how to overcome even the smallest obstacles of life.small problems seem to be like huge for them. they face those problems the same way that others encounter some really big problems of their lives. worst thing is that still they're unable to overcome. they're unaware how to be happy when they're mentally broken, they cry, they try, again cry, feel happy, again face the darkest phase often. they don't know how to overcome. they seek comfort from wrong people. they see how others are happy even after going through more destructive storms than that of them. still they can't even deal with small problems. more they try, more they stuck into the loop of illusions, mental illusions. entangled. yes, this kind of people exist in real.

living an ideal life for me.
Meditating, doing yoga or exercise, reading (textbook and other books), writing, drinking plenty of water, eating healthy food on time on daily basis. Keeping my mind calm irrespective of the surroundings, having control over mind. Stop overthinking and taking few moments between action and my reaction towards it. Doing right things on right time. Stop expecting approvals and validation from everyone to do good things. Accepting myself.-
From becoming my favourite person to turning into a lifetime lesson, this year has passed like the few strands of white hairs present on grandma's bald head.
