It's okay to clam up and shut the world out if it gets too overwhelming.
Oysters clam up too to protect themselves and when they are opened, there's a beautiful pearl inside them!

Sometimes, all you can do is stay still to let the negative reactors in your life cut each other out and free yourself of their despair.

Every time you feed someone's ego to pacify them out of sheer kindness or even pity, you create a monster out of them. And then, there finally comes a time, when you can no longer feed their ego any more and are left with no choice but to battle the monster to save yourself and everyone the monster wants to engulf.
It is true that not everyone deserves kindness. Sometimes, too much of it is actually the problem!-
Let's not make hay when the sun is setting upon someone else; essentially because you need sunshine to make hay and not someone else's darkness just because it makes your darkness seem lighter!
Being kind to one does not mean being brutal to another!-
It flutters around not coming too
close and sometimes even flying
away when you keep yourself
moving and on the go!
Yet, you let yourself still to take
a rest and it flits right back to
perch upon and dwell on you!

What's worse than loving someone and not having them in your life?
Loving someone, having them in your life but them not loving you back.

A daily fix, slowly creeping into my routine

It's one thing to miss someone and know that you'll be seeing them in a while.
But, it's another to miss someone and know that you shall not be seeing them....ever....and that's what is inconsolably heartbreaking!
