He - We all are partly difficult to live with at some state but what I am sure about is you are difficult to live without

When you can directly observe your initial perspectives, preverbal outlooks and beliefs and how it framed your expectations, attitudes, interpretations and automatically drive your emotions and actions then you can start to see who you are
You are not just your name profession your social roles, you are your virtues and your emotions and much more than everything you can think of.

What is time?
How do we know exactly what time is it?
By internal perception of time?
Or by an external criteria fixed for our comfort?

So does time really exist?
Is the question I have always wondered upon
And today I came across a few lines -

How much will a glass full of water weigh?
8-10 oz?
The absolute weight never matters
It's how long you hold it
For a minute - no problem
For an hour - arms starts aching
For a day - arms becomes numb and paralysed

So if a factor can change weight, like gravity does
So it does exist for us
And yes I am sure now it's our 4th dimension
