I see the busy road
Bustling with noise and activity
With men and women taking on their boat
To offices, to schools , to places they aim
Then there by the side of the road
Sits some men.........

Subhah der tak razaai ke bhitar sote rehne ka sukoon bhi dilati hein..

পথাৰত ধান কাটি ভঁৰাল উভৈনদী হৈ পৰিছে।
উৰুকাৰ আগমনী বুলি,সকলোৱে হাঁহি ধেমালি কৰিছে,।
কি যে শুৱনি লাগিছে আমাৰ পথাৰৰ মেজি ঘৰ খনি।।
মা খুৰি সকলোৱে পিঠা পনা তৈৰি কৰিছে।
লাৰু পিঠা, দৈ চিৰা, লগতে আৰু হান্দৈ গুৰা।
ঠাণ্ডা কো নেওচি সকলোৱে গা পা ধুই মেজি জ্বলাবলৈ আহিছে।
মাঘ বিহুৰ উৎসৱ বুলি আজি সকলোৱে মজা কৰিছে।
হাঁহ ছাগলী, পা'ৰ কুকুৰা, আজি সকলো বিধৰে ব্যঞ্জন বনিছে।
বেঙেনা বিলাহী আৰু লগতে আলু পুৰা,
আহ! কি যে জুতি, খাই লাগে বৰ মজা।
ডেকা গাভৰু, ডাঙৰ সৰু, আজি সকলোৱে মিলি ওলাই আহিছে,
আমাৰ মৰমৰ মাঘ বিহুতি আদৰিবলৈ,
সকলোৱে নাচি বাগি ফুৰ্টি ধেমালি উপভোগ কৰিছে।
