Sometimes it's not the darkness that I fear;
What hurts most is the silent tears;
Behind the smile,
A web of confusions that hits my mind,

Between choosing the right over wrong,
In a perplexed situation I do fall,
Amidst the mist of complexities of the world,
A blurry vision I do hold!
The definition of right I fail to understand,
The meaning of wrong I often misapprehend.

Between the correct and incorrect I remain baffled,
In a catch 22 situation my mind does travel.

Life

One fine night,
As the stars shone bright;
I looked through the window,
Beneath the wilderness of the shadow.
The sky was bright,
Yet in my room there was absence of light.
I sat on my chair all alone,
Thinking of the past which made me lone.
For a moment though I remained silent,
But the storm in my mind turned violent.
'What 'and 'Why' were the questions..
Alas! There were no solutions.
The gentle breeze couldn't soothe me,
The violence of the storm was almost about to kill me.
Amidst the darkness,
I saw a ray of hope...
A new dawn thus I got!
Yes, my perplexed mind had an excitement,
An excitement of finding the answers-
To 'What ' and 'Why'?
Then I found a new meaning!
A meaning which touched my soul,
Indeed this meaning played an important role.
The meaning of Life I got,
Yes its tougher than I thought.
But moving forward is the law of life,
Its through the struggles that we have to thrive.

Don't mistake someone's silence as weakness;
Don't ever mistake someone's tolerance as powerless;
Hidden therein may be vivacity-
A stow of an unbeatable strength.

It's Easier

It's easy to doubt
Rather than to be doubted.
It's easier to blame,
Than to take the blame.
It's easier to defeat ,
But difficult to accept oneself as defeated ,
It's easier to 'say',
Rather than 'do'.
It's easier to insult,
Difficult to get insulted.
It's easier to 'maim' others with shame,
Rather than stand against false defame.
It's easier to adjust with a lie,
Than to stand against it,
It's easier to humiliate others,
Rather than be humiliated.
It's easier to imitate others,
Rather than being 'ownself'.
But yes it's possible to make the 'impossible'- possible.
The 'difficulty'- easier
Then why not move towards it?
