T:- Teach morals of life along with the subject.
E:- Entertain students in the middle of a boring class.
A:- Answers each student doubts with patience.
C:- Churn the students dumb brains and bring out the talents in them.
H:- Hunts the bad thoughts of students and turn them into good ones.
E:- Enters into the students point of view and explain the concepts in a simple way.
R:- Routes the students life by sacrificing their whole life in teaching and serving them.

ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఉండవలసింది ఓపిక,
తరగతి గదిలోకి వచ్చినవెంటనే నల్లబల్లపై రాయవలసింది శీర్షిక.
విద్యార్థి విద్యార్థినులతో మెలగాలి ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్నేహితుల్లా.
రావద్దు ఏ ఆపద విద్యార్థి విద్యార్థినులకు ఉపాధ్యాయుల వల్ల.

పిల్లలకి అర్థమయ్యే రీతుల్లో బోధించాలి పాఠాలు,
వారికి ఎన్నిసార్లు అర్థంకాకపోయినా మరోసారి చెప్పాలి పాఠాలు.
పుస్తకంలో ఉన్న పాఠాలే కాక వారికి బోధించాలి జీవిత పాఠాలు,
అవే వీరి ఉజ్జ్వల భవిష్యత్తుకు పునాదులు, ఎన్నటికీ మర్చిపోకుండా ఉండేవిధంగా బోధించాలి పాఠాలు.

ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఉంటేనే విద్యార్థి విద్యార్థినుల భవిష్యత్తు ప్రకాశవంతం.
