In a world that never gave her a chance,
A pretty girl, lost in a twisted dance.
From a tender age, they let her go astrayq,
Enabling her to chase those demons every day.
She tried to be a mother to her boys,
Though her own path was filled with noise.
Now she wanders through this city so vast,
Bound by the needle and the heroin that lasts
Oh, she's lost and all alone,
In this concrete jungle she now calls home.
Missing the old days spent with her biggest brother,
Caught in the depths of addiction, like no other.
Those who should have protected, turned a blind eye,
Leaving her to question and wonder why.
She searches for solace in a venomous sea,
Hoping for redemption, for the spirit to be free
Oh, the nights grow colder, her heart so
heavy,
Dreams shattered, ambitions now empty.
Every passing day feels like a sorrowful mile,
and through all this she soon forgets how to smile
But through this darkness, a flicker of light,
Whispering to her, "Rise and take flight."
She must find the courage to break these chains,
To heal the wounds that all the drugs couldn't numb in vain.
