This statement is being taught to us for years . But still , this malpractice is prevalent in many parts of India till date . Why?

But the truth is that , this is due to
greed of money , greed of luxury ,lack of empathy and absence of basic moral values as well, along with the lack of literacy . This greed has been for years and is still continuing unfortunately!
