कश्मकश बेहिसाब हैं
दराज़ों में बंद अल्फाज़ हैं।
उड़ने की ख्वाहिश थी,
और मुठ्ठी भर सपने,
धराशायी हुए सब...
मन के हुए सैकड़ों टुकड़े।
हाथों में पकड़ रहे थे कभी रेत,
सगं लकीरें भी फिसल के गिर गई कहींl

Life was blowing like a haphazard scattering of pages,
Someone buzzed with a knock,
As if he had brought the envelope with him...

बिखरे पन्ने की बेतरतीबी सी बेज़ार पङी जिंदगी,
एक दस्तक से गुलजार हो गयी कुछ यूं,
जैसे उसने लिहाफ़ अपने साथ ही लाया हो...

I ws teaching about categorical variables to my students, an example came in book as Gender category encompassing male and female. I put in another categories as 'third, trans, non-binary, etc.' and emphasised more on that.
This is from where we can start as an educators to break gender binary and stereotyping.
