Yet the weight of dreams unrealized,
Clings to my mind.

Am I fooling myself,
Is this really what I sought?
Or am I chasing shadows,
Tangled in the battles I fought?

Sometimes I wonder,
How long will I pretend?
Is this the life I chose,
Or the one I must mend?

Here I am, trying to shape something new,
Out of fragments of promises,
Out of truths and untruths.

And still, I reach for hope,
Somewhere hidden in the dark,

False propaganda, to make them believe
Here they are fighting for their freedom
To get their life back

In a world ruled by them
Exploiting, for their greed
Killing, for their profits
Here we are nothing but a slave to them
Waiting to be used.

We are, young people
Just a newbie
In this Game called life
Struggling to play

What is success I asked,
Is it to win all challenges
Or to be happy
Is it a time challenge
I asked myself

Is life like one of those
Pay to win games?
Where with money
The game is so simple
While the poor had to struggle

We are young people
With hope
That someday we will be happy
With no fear
Not just living the moment
