Is it must or has anyone asked us to compulsorily store all the pain given by others?? Isn't it our choice to keep or discard??
If we allow pain the whole world will hurt us as we always expect others to be n do only good to us

If v had given 10% of our time on our personal growth than wasting time on others doing n thinking we would have been on a diffrent level

We pick up so much unwanted waste from others n everywhere, store it as valuable stuff in heart mind body as precious emotions which we are not able to let go it transforms into disease....

Do u believe n accept everything what people think n tell about you?

If they believe u r looser will you be the same??? Alter n grow above their view .. they are talking about your unsuccessful yesterday.. dsnt mean u are that forever... To be something v need to believe

Let go off all your past .. no one carries garbage or dead people thinking it/they were my favourite what if rotten??
Similarly y carry rotten n past stuff.. clear n trash it n save self from getting rotten
