LOVING IS BRAVERY

Despite the knowledge that one could be hurt in the process...

...despite the sacrifices it entails...

...the lover doesn't cower in fear of what might come nor recall his/her affection from weariness of the price paid for love.

But fervent in hope and seeking the good of the other, offers him/herself to the beloved.

HAPPY SOLEMNITY OF THE BODY AND BLOOD OF CHRIST.

Pray with me:
Dearest Jesus, thank You for this wondrous and perpetual gift of Yourself to me in the simplicity of bread and wine.

As I consume You today, please consume me and make me wholly Yours. Transform me into that perfect image of Yourself.

And may this communion with You help me show You forth to all who encounter me this day and always. Amen.

Working at what we're not so good at can be daunting.

We often feel like giving up on such things, but if we press harder, we would discover just how excellent we could get at doing them.

Resist the urge to give up on doing things just because they are difficult.

When you allow yourself to be creative, most challenges, though temporarily limiting, will become your source of inspiration.

IT'S JUST A PHASE.

Hold your head high and keep up with the good efforts.

Steady your grip on the Lord; His promises will never fail.

YOU WILL BE FINE.

Don't be good to people because they are good to you. Be good to them because God is good to you.

Your life should not be modelled after the likeness of man but of God who has bountifully graced you with His goodness.

Don't settle for only who makes you comfortable.

That person that challenges you to enter your discomfort zone might just be the most invaluable treasure you have in life.

Even the "weirdest" of things could be an exceptional talent - embrace it and grow with it.

As long as it's not evil in itself and directly opposed to the law of love, don't shy away from doing what you love doing because it's unconventional.
