The only thing you should be worried
about losing control of is "SELF". And
even that you'll have a hard time
controling without discipline.

If someone steps aside from your
company to fix a matter concerning
themself. Whether temporary or
permanent. It is because they are not
able to do it with you. Its that simple.
Hold on! Before you go off on why this
could ever be possible,"I thought we
were close"...first of all...stop trying to be
everything to everyone. You'll never be
that equipped to handle every problem
those around you face. Some issues
need "me time", while others need the
connection of other people. Think about
it...no matter how capable a tool is, it
cannot be used to fix everything. If this
made sense to you for the first time, you
my friend have got a problem to fix that
may just require you to step aside using
the "me time" method. I did my part
when you connected with these words. :-)

Wherever mediocre is
accepted growth isn't.

People may remember you only by their
first encounter with you. If this was bad
or good chances are they will never
forget it. The only issue with this is if you
didn't represent your truth. Not
everything you do, say or believe in will be
accepted by everyone. Just make sure
there is total comfort with who you
presented yourself to be. This will decide
if you can live with the person others
experience.
