Still remember the times well,
When my sorrows took form of your tears,
Deep down my heart,to as surfaced it could be,it was profound love,

Time and again they warned,i took it as easy i could and deemed it fouled.

Those eyes beaming with my glee and dull with my glum-cart could be a demon.

बहुत मुश्किल होता है वो पल जब वो आपका होकर भी आपका ना हो पाए।
वो पास हो पर आप उसको गले ना लगा पाए,
होंठ करीब हो उसके पर आप उसको चूम ना पाए,
उसकी आंखों को निहारते रहें पर उसे बता ना पाए
कि प्यार बेशुमार है,
आंखों को उसके दीदार का इंतजार है,
रोने का मन है उसके सामने पर उसके आंसू की कीमत इतनी है की आप रो भी ना पायें,
बस इस असमंजस में शब्दों को अपना बना रहा हूँ,
पुरानी आदत है जनाब,
स्याही बची है मेरी कलम में, पर उसके खातिर यह कहानी भी अधूरी छोड़ रहा हूं।।
