It was a lazy sunday.
I was sleeping next to my wife. As I woke up, I turned around to land a morning kiss on her forhead. But she wasn't there.
"Baby. Where are you?" I said, raising the pitch of my voice.
She came running from the washroom and said,
"Baby..."
I could see that tinge of worry on her face.
"What happened baby?" I asked her.
"My periods have started. I don't have sanitary pads. How can I be so stupid?" she said, still worrying.

"Aah! Go and check my bag. I brought them last night while coming back home"
"How can you? I mean we have been married since 1 year and still you remember the date when I get my periods every month."

"After all, those are the only days when I get to chop off those vegetables and cook for us, and moreover I love your mood swings. You act so stupid when you are experiencing one," I winked at her.

"Why do you love me? There are so many prettier, sexier, hotter girls out there. Why me then?" she asked.

"I don't want to love a beauty product. Your perfect imperfections are prettier, sexier and hotter than any other girl in the world," I replied, looking into her eyes.

She blushed and looked down. I went closer, and kissed on her forhead. And ended up giving her the world's tightest hug.

Sex before marriage, Okay or not??

I was one of those who used to believe that if two people are in love then its okay to have sex before marriage with the consent of both.
But no. Its completely wrong.
After sleeping with her, what next?
Ask yourself.
What if you stop loving her the way you used to do? What if you only start caring about the way to get into her pants, and not to make her smile.
What if she gets pregnant? After all condoms aren't 100% safe. Will you be able to handle her? No. You will run away saying "She might have done this with someone else. I used condoms."

So, just don't think about today. Think about tomorrow. Don't look at her with an intention to sleep with her. Look at her like you will look at your wife.

Today, at dawn, I woke up. I could see my wife looking at me with her half opened eyes. I opened my arms. She rolled over onto my chest and went back to sleep again.
Don't think we are a newly married couple. We have been married for the past 2 years. But the love between us is even more than a newly married couple.
An hour later, I sat up slowly enough at first from the bed, trying not to disturb her sleep. But I failed.

"Baby! Can I ask you something?" she said in her sleepy voice.
"Ya! Baby."
"You lost your job 3 days back. Then what makes you feel so alive everyday?" she asked making a puppy face.

Holding her face in my hands, I said, "Everyday waking up next to you and looking at your face, makes me feel that everything is fine until you are with me. You are the reason why I feel so alive everyday. I will get a new job soon, but I won't ever get a lady like you."
I went closer and kissed on her forhead. She pulled me on the bed and we went back to sleep again.

I was sitting with my cousin, Ahaan, outside my college's canteen. We were discussing about the new bike he was going to buy, while sipping over a cup of Tea.
3 girls laughing and gossiping passed by us, which deviated our discussion.

"Bro! Did you see her? The girl in the middle, wearing that black palazzo," Ahaan asked.
I turned back to have a second look. Though I had noticed her the moment she passed by us.

"Aah! She is pretty na," I said to Ahaan.
"She is enticing. Do you know her?" he asked.

It was one of those moments where I wanted to yell or shout and say "Yeah! I know her. We were in love few months ago. And look at her now, she pretends as if I don't even exist. And here I am still missing her"

He grabbed my arm and asked me again,
"Bro! Do you know her?"

I paused for a moment, Smiled,
And said, ' I used to...'

"That was the first time we met. Yeah! It was a coffee date. Though we have been talking for the past 3 months, but the moment I looked into his eyes, I fell in love with him. It was like the love at first sight," I continued reading diary to my little daughter, but she interrupted me and said,
"Dad! When will Mumma be back from the Moon? Its her diary na, I want her to read it for me,"

I looked at her picture on the wall and said to my angel, "Beta! Moon is very far na. Mumma will come soon. Don't worry."

Everyday I lie to my daughter. She thinks that her mother is an astronaut and is on a mission to the moon. Aah! I just can't tell her the truth.
