कही गुजियों पापड़ियो की महक है
तो कही फटाकों का बाज़ार है
कही वो जगमगाने वाली लाइट है
तो कही दियों से सजा हुआ मकान है
कही वो आसमान में चमकता रॉकेट है
तो कही फुलझरियों के पीछे मुस्कान है
कही वो रंगोली से सजी गलियां है
तो कही लोगो का मिलाप है
जो हर रिश्ते में मिठास घोल दे
वही तो दिवाली का त्यौहार है

Escaping my demons
The reality just sucked in
I'm sure it's in me
Coz that's how I've been
Enjoying the metaphors
When life just became an irony
All about alluring alliterations
While as dark as many
Having my wildness trapped
Demons buried deep
Veiling it with a soul purely to hide
The crimson monster that weeps
With emotions that were hidden
Trying to avoid some acts
That'll unchain the dark side of mine
Leading to an outburst as a matter of fact
Holding on to these thoughts
My mind exploding with it
Everyday it's just a gushing rush
But what can I say? I'm a writer who can't quit
