It just happens. You have no control on it! It just happens and you are left numb. You are shattered and you don't know what to do! Your mind is blank. You have no idea why it happened. You never expected it to but why it did ?
But it's life!

They left their homes, we lived peacefully!
They got separated from their dear ones, we could stay with our families!
They survived in extreme climates, we got the comforts of our homes!
They were taking bullets, we ate homemade food!
They saw no caste, creed and religion and fought for us as one, we created conflicts in the name of diversities!
They gave their lives that day, so we are here today!

Tomorrow will be even darker
Day after Tomorrow will be the darkest
You have to go through the phase
You will fall
You will break into pieces
You will lose your sense
You will ask yourself 'Why with me'?
You will feel like losing yourself!
You will have have loss of appetite and you won't feel hungry for longer times!
You will have anxiety!
You won't be able to sleep!
Flashbacks of good memories will hunt you!
You will be afraid that you won't get the moments back!
You will face the toughest days of life!
You will go through miserable pain you never imagined!
But my dear friend, Life goes on!
You have to stand up!
Stand up for yourself, wipe out your own tears!

This year made me realize that what we think is not life but life is what happens with us, this year made ne realize you cannot feel the joy of light if you don't go through darkness.
We don't know what 2022 has for us but still we are trying!

This year made me realize that you cannot judge a person from his behavior, this year made me realize sometimes its important to spend time with ourselves, this year made me realize that ups and downs are parts and parcels of life.

this year I traveled alone, this year I realized that it is not easy to adjust in a new place far from home but you have to leave no stones unturned for your career.

This year I could realize the worst side of reservation system, this year I left home and moved to a new city for studies, this year I had to become dependent on myself,  this year I had to break the comforts of being a pampered child.

This year I lost my closest friends, this year I also got the most precious gem of my life, this year I sacrificed my dream institution.

This year I couldn't have a proper farewell from the place where I spent 14 years of my life , couldn't sit in the classroom for the last time and hear the bell ringing.
