എന്നെ ഉറക്കിയതും, പടികടന്ന് പോയതും, കവർന്നെടുത്തു വാതിലടച്ച് താഴിട്ടതും ഞാൻ അറിഞ്ഞില്ലേ? അറിഞ്ഞില്ലായിരുന്നിരിക്കണം.
എന്നാൽ ഇപ്പൊൾ ഞാൻ അറിയുന്നു.
ഞാൻ എല്ലാം അറിയുന്നു.
ശൂന്യതയിൽ നോക്കി എന്തൊക്കെയോ പുലമ്പുന്ന ആരെയോ പോലെ ഞാൻ അപ്പോഴും ബാക്കി.

ഇനിയും വരാനിരിക്കുന്ന ദുഃഖങ്ങളെ പൂർണ്ണമായും നുണയാൻ ഞാൻ തയ്യാറാവേണ്ടതല്ലയോ...
ഒരു വറ്റ് പോലും ബാക്കി വയ്ക്കാതെ ഊണ് കഴിക്കുംപോലെ...
ആരും കാണാതെ, ആർക്കും കൊടുക്കാതെ ഒറ്റയ്ക്ക് കഴിക്കുന്ന കൊതിയനെ പോലെ ഞാൻ കഴിക്കട്ടെ ഈ ദുഃഖസാഗരത്തിന്റെ അടിത്തട്ടിലെ പവിഴമുത്തുകളായി കാണപ്പെടുന്ന മരണത്തിന്റെ വിഷക്കായ്കൾ.

ശൂന്യതയിൽ നോക്കി എന്തൊക്കെയോ പുലമ്പുന്ന ആരെയോ പോലെ ഞാൻ അപ്പോഴും ബാക്കി.

പ്രണയം

പ്രണയം... എത്ര കുടിച്ചാലും മതിവരാത്ത വീഞ്ഞുപോലെ വന്നു നിന്നു.
പ്രണയം... എത്ര പറിച്ചെറിഞ്ഞിട്ടും വിട്ടുപോകാതെ സത്ത് ഊറ്റിക്കുടിക്കുന്ന ഇത്തിൾക്കണ്ണി പോലെ വേരുറച്ച് നിന്നു.
പ്രണയം... മുന്തിരി വള്ളിപോലെ പടർന്നു പൊന്തി.
പ്രണയം... ചീട്ടുകൊട്ടാരം പോലെ തകർന്നു വീണു.
പ്രണയം...പ്രാണനെ കൊണ്ട് വന്നു, ജീവനെ തിരിച്ചെടുത്തു.
പ്രണയം പ്രണയത്തെ വഞ്ചിച്ചു.

അതിനിടയിൽ ഞാൻ നിശയോട് ചേർന്നു.
എന്തൊക്കെയോ ബാക്കി വച്ച്, അപൂർണ്ണമായി ഞാൻ മുങ്ങി.
പ്രണയം അപ്പോഴും ഉണർന്നു തന്നെ ഇരുന്നു.
ഇടക്കെപ്പോഴോ എഴുന്നേറ്റു.
തന്റെ പൊന്നോമനയെ നിദ്രയുടെ കൈകളിലേൽപ്പിച്ച് മെല്ലെ ബാക്കി വച്ച തിരക്കുകളിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുന്ന അമ്മയെപ്പോലെ...
പിന്നീടെപ്പോഴോ നടക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി: തനിക്കാവശ്യമുള്ളതൊക്കെ ആരും അറിയാതെ കവർന്നെടുത്ത മോഷ്ടാവിനെ പോലെ പ്രണയം നടന്നകന്നു...

The time in timepiece move,
The watch ticks in a hive,

Ding dongs a friend in screen;
Text tone brings it near soon
To be smashed with next tone

Mum the words

A corner there aches and mourns;
In the brain a silent pain connects
Those memories of cherishable days

Now it aches,a corner there,
It lacerates a wound here.
In the brain it aches;
