और ये दोनों ही आपके भीतर हैं।

विश्वास की शक्ति अपार है,
इसके बिना व्यक्तिगत जीवन लगे बेकार है।

आजकल हर तरफ उदासी छाई है,
ना जाने ज़िन्दगी से कैसी रुसवाई है,
असल खुशी की आस में सबमें ढूंढता वे अच्छाई है,

तलाश कर थक जाता है मगर ना मिलती कहीं वफ़ाई है,
समस्याओं के कारण लगे पूरी दुनिया धुंधलाई है,
जीवन में प्रत्येक इंसान रोज़ाना लड़ रहा खुद से लड़ाई है,

ज़िन्दगी को करीब से देखकर महत्वपूर्ण बात समझ में आई है,
जिस सुकून की तलाश में दर-बदर भटक रहे हैं
वे तो हमारे भीतर ही समाई है,
जहां ना कोई छल है और ना ही दिखावा
अगर कुछ है तो केवल सच्चाई है।

ख्वाब देखना गुनाह नहीं,
प्रयास बिना स्वयं को आंकना नहीं,
स्वभाव से जीने का अन्दाज़ रखो सही,
तभी तो ज़िंदगी लाएगी आपके जीवन में खुशी।

संघर्ष तो करना होगा,
वक्त बेवक़्त आगे बढ़ना होगा,
रफ़्तार धीमी रहेगी या तेज़
यह संग्राम तय करेगा,
जीवन जीने का मक़सद है
सच्चा तो...
हौसलों को बुलंद कर
कोशिश करते रहना होगा।

जो दूसरों की पीड़ा को समझे।
जब वह दूसरों के दुखों पर उपकार करें,
तो उसके मन में कोई अभिमान न आने दें।
