Doing something to witness joy is great but doing something for the mere joy of doing is blissful.Witnessing our pure self as it is for its own purpose in this existence is the part of the process in evolution.

Sometimes I have this feeling that life is about developing a unique home system for each one of us that is always there no matter the situation. It is not the space but a home system to cling on to rest,reset and revive .The system is approached with love,discipline,core beliefs and activities that make us feel home , wherever we are with our imperfections.A system we don't forget that has a set of activities done in rhythm that sets brings us safe back to the feel of being in mother's womb where everything is taken care with utmost love and magic.It can include activities that reflect each area of life,a quick appreciating and introspecting journaling,meditation,some physical moves/prayers that ease the flow and sets the intention without any external drama and gossip.That way I believe,we have done the needful for the stay here on earth.A sacred hearty home someone can stay forever and that will guide to eternal reunion.Have you ever felt this way ?

It is not selfish to say "I picked myself up in strangest ways in life's hardest battle with discipline and never regretted.Discipline is the highest form of self love and you may never regret it."

If we have been on our ownself for too long ,we evolve to a version that understands and can see through dramas and emotional roller coasters externally and internally as a witness and chose to move with peace.This estimations derived help us decide on the boundaries we may need overtime that may serve our growth and peace.

Growing up I always tell my mom that I won't be just cooking in kitchen and that made me become a nutritionist and yoga practitioner by profession and in kitchen .The realization that our kitchen is the temple we get to worship and serve with the best of our knowledge for the well being of generations ahead is the biggest gift of life.Be grateful if you have one.
