In sickness & In denial
In rejection & In helplessness
So be kind and join them in their prayers
Show that love and support
Which might be the only thing saving them falling off the edge!!

All it takes is a small incident
To reverse the responsibilities of a relationship
The relationship between a mother and a daughter
When you become the mother of a 60 years old child
when you realize it is about time
you cradle her up like she used to..
and take care of her like she did
of a time you do not remember.

Life is not supposed to go in a straight line
You are not expected to excel every day
Your failures prove you being a human
Your pain proves you have a battle
The new normal is to be
ready to fight every day..
With few luxuries like sleep
Or perhaps a dream
As there is never truly an escape
As the reality is always there
to stare you in the eyes and challenge
And there is always a lesson
at the end of the day..

It is because of you, I find courage.
It is because of you, I believe in myself.
