అప్పుడే మెదడు అరలో ఎక్కడో దాగి ఉన్న జ్ఞాపకాలు ఒక్కొకటి గుర్తుకొస్తున్నాయి..

బాల్యం లో..
చిన్నప్పుడు అన్నం సరిగా తినట్లేదు అని తిడితే అలిగి తినకుండా పడుకుంటే..
అలక పాన్పు నుంచి మేలుకొలుపు మొదలైది..
ఐస్క్రీమ్, చాక్లేట్,కుకీస్ తో నే🍨🍫🍬..

కౌమారంలో..
వయసు తో పాటు అలకలు పెరిగాయి..
కానీ..
చిన్నప్పట్నుంచీ తీపి తిని విసుగుపుట్టుంది..
ఈసారి సమోసా,మిర్చిబజ్జి, చాట్ వంతు వచ్చాయ్ అలకలు తీర్చడానికి..

యవ్వనంలో
అలకలు అవసరం లేదు,చేతిలో ఉద్యోగం..
సాయంత్రం స్నాక్ అలవాటు తెచ్చిపెట్టింది..
ఈసారి పిజ్జా🍕, బర్గర్ 🍔, పస్ట్రీ 🍰, ఫ్రెంచ్ ఫ్రైస్🍟 వంతువచింది..

చివరకి వృద్ధాప్యం వచ్చింది ,అప్పుడు ఆలోచిస్తే గుర్తుకొచ్చింది..
ఇప్పుడు మందులు వేసుకోవాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చింది..

ఇంతకీ మీ హృదయం పదిలమే కద!!!!!!!!
