The day of Ashura is one of the most holiest and important days in the Islamic history. The world was made on this day, Adam (pbuh) was sent on earth on this day, he repented and his repentance was accepted by Allah, Moosa (pbuh) and his companions were saved from pharaoh on this day, our beloved prophet, Muhammad's (pbuh) beloved daughter's one of the two beloved sons, Hussain (as) was martyred and the list is endless.
A true believer is the one who recognizes this day as one the blessed ones. It is not a dark day, but it is a day to be celebrated, the celebration of truth's victory over lie's defeat, it is the celebration of good's triumph over the evil. One must take ghusl/bath, wear nice clothes if possible wear new, must wear kohl in the eyes.
It is not the day to cry, it is the day to smile. Imam Hussain (as) may have lost his life, but remember that he was martyred while praying, his martyrdom was accepted by Allah. And what else could have been better other than getting martyred for Allah's sake and His cause? Don't we ask Allah to make us die as martyrs? Who doesn't want to die while remembering Allah? May Allah make us die as martyrs. Ameen.

Abu Ayyoob (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
“Whoever fasts Ramadaan and follows it with six days of Shawwaal, it will be as if he fasted for a lifetime.”

Beautiful coincidence that two Eids (Eid-Ul-Fitr & Jumuah) are falling on the same day.

Narrated from Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) who said:
The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “This is a day of ‘Eid that Allah has ordained for the Muslims, so whoever comes to Jumu‘ah, let him do ghusl, and if he has any perfume let him put some on, and you should use the miswaak.”
Narrated by Ibn Maajah, 1098; classed as hasan by al-Albaani in Saheeh Ibn Maajah.

May this Eid bring bounties of prosperity, wellness, peace and elevated emaan for us. May this Eid bring good health, halal rizq and abundance of happiness for all. May the sufferings of the oppressed come to an end soon, may the oppressor be punished or be guided to the straight path (In Sha Allah). May Allah give sabr to all those who have lost their loved ones on or before Eid and forgive the departed souls. And I pray that may the next Ramadan and Eid be peaceful in places of war, oppression, bigotry, violence and injustice. Ameen.

Adhkar for forgiveness

"Subhan Allahi Wa Bi Hamdihi Subhan Allahhil Azeem"

(Glory is to Allah and all praise to Him, Glorified is Allah, The Great)

The above adhkar should be recited 300 times on the night of Eid-Ul-Fitr (on the eve of Eid-Ul-Fitr) for your parent's forgiveness and for your parent's parents' (grandparents) forgiveness.

Ramadan Day 30

Yaa Allah as we have come to an end of this blessed month, I pray that may all the sufferings of this Ummah come to an end along with Ramadan. The Ummah of prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is getting crumbled at the hands of bigotry, terrorism and injustice! We know its You and only You Who can help us. Therefore, my Lord I ask you to help my Muslims brothers and sisters who are getting oppressed at the hands of terrorist and fascist Israel. Yaa Allah, protect the Muslims of Palestine, Gaza, Syria, Rohingya, India, China, Burma Chechnya and Muslims all over the world. Protect us from oppressing and protect us from being oppressed Yaa Rabb!

Ramadan Day 29

"Indeed, We sent it [i.e., the Qur’an] down during the Night of Decree."
"And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?"
"The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months."
"The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter."
"Peace it is until the emergence of dawn."

Ramadan Day 28

Yaa Allah! Help the Muslims of Palestine, Gaza, India, Jerusalem, US, Chechnya, UK, China..... Help all the Muslims around the world. Yaa Allah! Help the oppressed and punish the oppressor. Yaa Allah, the lands of the prophets are being bombarded with bullets, bombs, air strikes, injustice, annexation, apartheid, lawlessness and all kinds of horrifying violence and terrorism. The place where Your blessed messenger and our beloved prophet, Muhammad (peace be upon him) led all other prophets and messengers in prayer is being turned into debris and ashes. Yaa Allah please protect the ones defending Al-Aqsa Mosque and severely punish those who are causing disturbance in the peace of the oppressed Muslims and others.

Allah's Apostle said, "Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."
