What are we constantly thinking when we can't sleep, what suddenly turns our faces down when we are secretly smiling. Are those the memories which don't let us sleep, or the people associated with them, or may be the regrets. 

Sometimes, it's just so difficult to let something go, not because it matters but because it affected us at some point in time, when we were not strong enough, not bold enough to face it well. 

It's never just the bitterness of the memory which bothers us, but the fact that it was not handled well. The regret of not being confident and bold at the time it was needed. Life moves on, why do those regrets haunt.

Life is like a jigsaw puzzle. You need to keep pieces to make it up. Baby steps. But for that, first you need to realize and accept that it's broken.
