I wanted the knowledge before I was ready to accept the responsibility that came with it. I became painfully aware without the skill set to enact change. The shame that comes when you know better, and don't do better, is a kind of suffering I would not wish on anyone. Be careful for what you wish for, because you might just get it.

The egregore that we have formed,
Came knocking on my bedroom door.
The abyss inside my mind where memory's stored,
Has come alive; It's sorta torn.
My shadow leaks onto my bedroom floor.
It's face about a quarter formed.
A face I know I've seen before.
Cant move like I've been cloraphormed.
Stuck in place from 3am til four or more.
I hate that this became the norm.
When the raven soars, know you've been warned.
The days we knew are nevermore.
Is this death? I hold my breath.
I pray I wake before the morn.

Some of us are exposed to the darkness in this world. Not as a punishment. Not to break us, but to force us to do something about it. We are shown the darkness, so that we can be the light that starts a cycle of a change. The human race is trying to evolve, and it starts within you.

I'm grateful for the pain that forced me to change.

Not everyone wants to wake up. If they are comfortable, let them sleep. Look for the people living a nightmare they desperately want to end.

I had a dream I inverted the world,
So I could swim among the stars.
I splashed around Orion.
We chased after shooting stars.
I swam to the red island.
The one you know as Mars.
I met up with the brave lion.
We compared our battle scars.
And in the sky I saw Poseidon.
Now it was he who ruled the heavens.
In my mind flashed a one,
And right after flashed a seven.
I knew that I was home,
But this was only just a visit.
An angel bearing water came floating through my mind.
She said, "I know you want to stay,
But right now is not the time.
She grasped her water pitcher,
And poured the ocean from the sky.
Right then I snapped awake,
With a twinkle in my eye.
I had to tell the world,
About the time the heavens cried.

"Why So, Sirius"

I'm spirituality inclined.
I got spirits in my mind.
You can hear them if you try,
But I'm sure you'd rather die.
See the fear within my eyes.
They shine like Sirius at night.
So if you see me start to cry,
You no longer wonder why.

All these faces on my screen,
As we're forced to meet through zoom.
Seperated by disease,
Isolated in our cube.
They say we'll be set free,
If we listen to what they say to do.
I cant help but think,
We now live in a human zoo.

Ate some mushrooms that had me feeling like the mad hatter.
Before I ate them I wanted to know, but now I just want to know badder.
Couldn't get any sadder.
Trying to get higher than the heavens; always getting stuck at Saturn.
You can see the pattern.
Up and down drug abuse while mom's getting madder.
Mind filled with ideas, all clattered.
My dreams, all shattered.
Going through withdrawals, you can hear his teeth chatter.
It's a cold cruel place.
Never ending race on this euphoric chase.
Blank look in my face, I'm in a daze.
I thought that they said this was all just a phase?
On a drug craze, "Trying to get trippy with it."
Four blunts and a bottle, haven't sipped in a quick minute... literally a quick minute.
Everyone's just a critic.
My lifes like the comic who got no laughs and just crickets... damn.
Guess I'll sit back and watch the sky twirl.
Telling me I cant fly, save it man, this is my world.

What good is a memory, if my memory is in vain.
Let Love be my Remedy.
Cure me of demons I allowed in my veins.
Let Love be my Melody.
It flows like the water, may it carry me away.
