It was an (un)usual day
A journey along with sun
From dawn to dusk.
Stooped for hours to raise rice
And rise better.
Thorns & stones wished to kiss our feet,
Field wanted to hold us forever.
With smile & pain
With chats & songs,
Each one of us covered two thousand hills.
Bathed in mud & washed in sweat;
To turn odour of the soil into aroma,
To turn grey scenario into green scenery.
The day ended with hallucination of ropes & rods;
Dreams of seedlings &
Feeling of still standing in water
And transplanting shock for the body.
Neverthless, It's an unforgettable day that taught
How painful it is to be a farmer!

No, I opted for agriculture rather than medicine.
2)You got good marks right, then why didn't you choose engineering?
Haha, You need very good marks to get agriculture seat.
3)What is there to study in agriculture?
Not much; Only few disciplines : agronomy, horticulture, forestry, genetics, entomology, pathology, nematology, microbiology, soil science, statistics, remote sensing, economics, farm machinery & the list goes on. 😂
