I see humans, but no humanity

And then I think

What are humans without humanity?.

I sit and re-read all the stuff I've written and realize I am the strongest person alive.
Strong enough to pen down every single experience I've been through
Whether its painful or joyful
And then I smiled, knowing how the world is using my tragedy and happiness as a guide to their own lives.

My heart sank into my own shoes
As i realized all was just a lie
No matter what his past was,
no matter what he had done and no matter what the public said
I ignored
The only thing i ever saw was how he moved me chemically more than anyone i have ever met
But it was all fake, he was busy moving every female he met the same way
It was nothing special
I know he never love me
Because you won't destroy the ones you love right?

Happy Mother's Day Mom


I know, however hard I will try, I won't be able to find words to express my love for you.
Your love is incomparable, unparallel
Your Love is so pure
I cannot find a way to express it all in words, but on this day I want you to know how grateful I am to you for everything.
For being my Mom, my bestfriend, my first Teacher and the one I can run to for anything at anytime..
I really don't tell you it often but I love you beyond the sky and back..

We kill people to satisfy our own egos
If we fight each other nobody will win 
We are all humans we rise or we all fall 

We judge the kids so they build a wall 
How do you give someone so much pain till
they think they should die? 
How do you make someone feel they don't deserve life and why? 

We become so numb we can't even cry 
We kill the truth, we talk and live a lie 
Kids cutting lines on their hand 
All they ever wanted is to be listened and understand 

Nowadays breaking heart is a trend 
The words I love you was never this easy to hit send 

Living was supposed to be easy and dying hard
But in this world it's the opposite and it so sad

Dear self
It's been long since you had yourself lack up in a dark room with a loud music busting through your ears and tears running down your cheeks
Has it been months? that am not too sure
But it has been long enough to heal those scars on your wrist and the blades feel like it doesn't exist no more

Dear self
I am proud of you.
I am so so proud of you.
You survived without consulting the help of a therapist.
You would smile at day and cried at night, just so others won't think you're weak
And when those scars appear on your skin, you knew just how to cover up
You're strong
You're brave
You're powerful that's why you managed to make every situation temporary

Strong Black Woman

They call her names because she's black
Hey! You can't sit here, another girl shout
She walk away but wonder why
What She didn't know was they hated her, because they fear her strength
Her presence couldn't be denied
She stood tall and strong with pride;
They couldn't overlook her magnitude, because she had beauty with attitude;

She defines the essence of God creation, in each notable way without exception;
Highly replaceable of her ancestors
She pave a paths for so many others

Yet they bully her to make her weak, and hope her self esteem decrease
They try in many others ways, but yet they couldn't succeed

And although she hurts and cried at times, it didn't took the best of her
Her smile is like heaven gate open
Bringing joy to all who were closer
A lady of strength beyond every measure, and a heart too big, pure and shine like a treasure..
